How to Order Custom CADDis

Order online securely by clicking here!

Before you go to place your order be sure you know:

1. if you need vinyl or synthesized paper

2. What size you'll need (measure the top opening of your tapered cup)

3. How many units you'll be ordering

4. If you plan to custom imprint. 

   Please check out the templates and prepare      your art before ordering, as you'll be asked to load your image.

Payment
50% of the total order is due upon placement of order. Remaining 50% due for delivery of product.

Design help.
If you have a logo or small image you need placed on the CADDi, our designers can help. Send us a 300dpi jpeg of your artwork which is between 3" and 5". We will scale and position the art for you for a flat fee of $65.

ReturnCancellation Policy
Cancellation of a GIFTpack or uncustomized orders is possible up to time of shipping.

Return GIFTpack or uncustomized within 30 days for exchange/refund for manufacturer's defect only. Shipping charges nonrefundable.

Custom orders will not be processed till payment and artwork are received and approved. Cancellation is possible until the order is processed.
Returns (barring manufacturer defect), refunds, or exchanges are not possible for custom orders.
