What's the point?

Convenience. Getting your beverages from point A to point B even when hands are full. 

The CADDi is incredibly handy for anyone lugging, texting, carrying books or kids AND a beverage.

This little clip gives you the idea. 

The CADDi also lets you drop your arm (no more beverage-wrist) and casually swing your coffee, tea, soda, smoothie, even slushies with domed tops. 

How do I use it?

Slip the CADDi onto your cup, slide it up to near the rim, gather the straps in the middle and stick a finger through them.

We don't recommend hanging it from your wrist, a finger is perfect.  The cup swings freely.

Does it insulate?

A little, but it doesn't need to...hands aren't even on a Caddified cup.

Won't the beverage spill?

Centrifugal force holds the liquid in.  Just carry it so the beverage hangs free - a single finger does that best. The CADDi works on many travel mugs, too.

What’s the production time for custom orders.

• Custom label orders (100 unit minimum) take about two weeks

• Custom-imprint orders(6,000 minimum) take approximately 85 days to fulfill.

Is there a minimum order quantity?
Depends on how many you need.  Check out CADDi Options.

DO any stores carry it?

We're just getting started.  In Lansing, MI Mama Bear's Café, Great Harvest Bread Co. downtown and Michigania. Also in Meadville, PA at Teller's Row Coffe Bar.

Is it green?

Greenish.  One CADDi can be used hundreds of times, saving the waste of as many disposable collars. You can carry several drinks with CADDis, saving on disposable trays, too.  

Can a custom order have multiple images?
Yes. Minimum units/image is 1,500, so in a single 6,000-unit order you could get 4 unique designs. Write to info@barbco.biz if you have questions.

Can I get help with the graphics and design?
You can provide all your art with templates on this site, or we can work with you from concept to finished art. Check out the How to Order Custom CADDis page for more details.

What's your Return Policy?

• Cancellation of single or noncustom orders is possible up to the time of shipping.

• Return noncustom orders within 30 days for exchange/refund for manufacturer's defect only.

• Custom orders will not be processed until payment and artwork are received and approved. Cancellation is possible until the order is processed.  Art prep fees may still apply. Returns (barring manufacturer defect), refunds, or exchanges are not possible for custom orders.
