RECIPE of the Month - March

Anyone who knows me knows there is a food component to everything I do. So, I can't resist the chance to share some great recipes for coffee and more. For previous months' recipes, check out my blog

This had absuloutely nothing to do with beverages, but is a easy and DELISH! 

 

Appetizer Bundles

Take an equal number of

Thin asparagus spears

3" x 1/4" x 1/4" sticks of parmesan

Thin slices of prosciutto or Westfalien ham

 

Cook the asparagus in lightly-salted boiling water for about 3 minutes, or till tender-crisp.

Cut it in half lengthwise.

Lay proscuitto on a work surface.

At one end of the prosciutto, lay two halves of the asparagus and one piece of parmesan.

Roll to enclose.  Cut into rounds.

May  be made ahead and chilled.
